John Carlin is always punctual, listens well before treating our house and shed, remembers to check our mouse bait traps, is considerate of our dog's health, and is unfailingly polite and friendly. He ends each treatment visit by reminding us we have the option of calling for another treatment before it's time if a problem persists.
