First of all, Christy, who does the scheduling is super nice and very accommodating! She is the main reason I like Terminex. However, I have liked the service gentleman. Lawson was our guy and my mothers at another location for years. Honestly, I’m just not liking the turnover. Seems like there’s some one new all the time. Just want consistency of people in my home.
