I have a new service person from the Cashiers, NC area...he came to the house when I was not home and took care of the outside. I called the office so that an appointment for the inside could be scheduled but I have not heard from anyone yet.
Also, I need to be called ahead of time to make sure I am home so the inside and outside can be serviced at the same time.
