Our technician explains everything clearly. He communicates well to coordinate his arrival time. He is friendly and easy to work with and we feel comfortable with him in our house even if we are not there at the time.

My service with Terminex has always been on point. The technicians have been very friendly and they listen to any concerns I have presented. They service my vacation home in Cashiers and the home is not occupied all of the time. I completely trust Terminex to go in and take care of things when I am not in residence. I make it a point to meet with my technicians and give them a thorough walk-through of the property and we discuss a strategy to make sure my 196 year old home does not have issues with unwanted critters.
Our service tech, Jason, was extremely thorough and helpful. He explained some things about rodent control and insect control. He spent a long time on our quarterly visit, making sure all was done properly.
