What do you like about our services?

This service, which is always dependable, is for a second home which we visit 5 or 6 times a year. On the last visit your technician noticed that our dehumidifier in the basement was not working properly and was dumping water on the floor. He called to alert us to the problem which otherwise would have gone on for quite some time. It was very much appreciated.

I like that a person, not a recording, answers the phone when I call. And if we find a problem, Terminex sends a person to address it.

Jim Moss is the best. He serviced our home a few years back which we sold.
We built another second home up here in Sapphire and I was really happy that
he will be servicing us again.

I have Terminix in my Sapphire, NC home for years. My husband and I bought the house in 1992, so have had it for 30 years. I also have Terminix in my Florida home in Hobe Sound, Florida, I am usually just at the NC home for 5-6 months of the years.
