I miss Holly. She was a good spirit. But Charles is similarly competent and was very thorough when he came to do the inspections of both houses. I appreciated his professional manner and the way in which he offered a suggestion to pull mulch away from the house so that it wouldn’t become a conduit for ants and termites. Whenever Terminix can present itself as a partner in an enterprise to make a homeowner reach its pest-free goal, it’s a plus.
