Devante came by around 3 pm. I normally see him at 9 am. But I had a shoulder injury. I did not have spiders lately, just ants and beetles. When I find yellow jackets trying to build a nest, I call for Devante to get rid of them. His favorite job. Too bad he cannot spray my fence from bumble bees. My front porch gets TLC because tiny bugs hide underneath the siding edging. And he will check my Bait Stations. I try my hardest not to run over them with my lawn mower.
Devante has been coming to this neighborhood Feb. 2021. I know when he is here with the silver truck. He is quiet. I just tell him if I have any new issues or the usual. Lots of grass spiders.

My loyalty goes beyond just the people, although they are great Jason the manager on Leicester Highway in Asheville NC is amazing. When I had spent good money to get RID of bed bugs about 7 1/2 years ago to no avail. Terminix came in and they were gone in a matter of days. This company for the most part for me anyway does what they say they will do in the approximate timeframe they say things should turn around. Hip Hip Hooray 😁

Casey, Marley, and Mike always did a thorough job. Our most recent visit, last week, another man came. I believe his name was Michael. He was inside the house, all of 6 minutes. We have a three story house, and I don't believe that he sprayed efficiently all the windows and doors. On the outside , he said that he sprayed the perimeter of the house. We have two decks. In looking at the time that he spent, versus, what the other technicians spent, I don't think that we got a good inspection and or treatment. He wasn't here long enough to cover the outside, no sweeping down of webs, etc. Our appointment was for 1:00 PM; however, he called at 11:00 AM and said that he could come then. I was not ready for anyone to come at that time. He showed up at 1:00; but, he was in a hurry. I called Terminex office and they have rescheduled another visit for Friday, August 4. The office lady was very cordial and I appreciated her help in scheduling another inspection.
We have been customers of Terminex for years and have been most pleased; however, the last visit is questionable as to the treatment from Michael.
Technician was very pleasant and professional.
The staff was very friendly and willing to help any time we needed service at our house and a house we are renovating.
