I have had the same person come to provide your service for many years now - it is very reassuring. He is always on time and courteous.
I get an email letting me know it is time to schedule a visit with Devante. I can pick the day and time. Devante arrives at the time I select. He comes to the door and I chat with him and tell him where I am concerned about. The porch has these tiny bugs worse than gnats and fuzzy little 1" bugs that are not woolly bears (worms). So he sprays the porch and around the garage door. The spiders are tiny. I even got one on his truck. I let him know that the gates were unlocked so that he could circle the house. I told not to leave so that I can give him my check (to save on stamps and time for Terminix to get payment. He was probably happy to leave because I talk a lot; mostly about those grass spiders that scoot across the driveway. My hand and foot are faster than them. He is friendly and professional. I told him that TruGreen has seen strange bugs on the trees. But not in my yard. My neighbors trees drop pine needles and cones. I just use the mower to scoop up the leaves. and make sure they are not near the house. I do not want to run over those bait stations. I would love to know if Devante is afraid of any bugs or animals. Snakes? Bears? He loves taking care of yellow jackets nests. I will probably have have some next year. Well I have written enough as much as I talked to him.
