I like the thorough careful job our Terminix guy does each and every time...I like that he listens to our concerns...hes prompt courteous always...I do not like always having to do a survey cuz I think our guy would do a great job even if there were no survey...surveys like this get tiresome when every vendor etc....sends out a survey after service from oil change folks to doctors and Terminix employees to car sales folks to cable installers to mail away drug companies....cab;e installers have told us unless they get all 10s their jobs are in danger...how can one not give a 10 then unless service was horrible...we dislike surverys....

Abraham is always prompt, friendly, and professional. He is highly trained, knowledgeable and trustworthy.
The inspector arrives promptly and is very polite and friendly. However, I scheduled via email for the first date, and no one showed up. When I called, I was told you did not have us on your schedule. You shouldn't offer email scheduling if you're not going to follow up on it.
