Your field personnel (Paul and Vicki at my place) are really good.

I always arrange to meet with them because they are really informative.

However, the reports you email out after their visits are pitifully lacking.

Do a better job of that, please.

27 years of great service. Technicians change but they are always excellent and willing to solve any problems that pop up. We use the regular service, mosquito service, and since we live in the woods, we use the wild animal control.
