The technicians that service my home have been very thorough and make sure all bases are covered. I had bat exclusion done about 18 months ago and now there is another bat in the attic. Yes, I have bats in my belfry! LOL But it truly is no laughing matter. I called the manager of the Brevard office and he assured me Terminix would take care of the matter with no extra fee. That tells me that Terminix stands behind their word!
