My service man calls and speaks with me when it is time to take care of my home. He is flexible and lets me know if there is a problem immediately.
The customer service is great. We get calls to see if everything is ok and we can call and get very prompt service if we ever have any unexpected pest problems which can happen when you have a house in the mountains.
