He is always on time, polite, knowledgeable.
The other day when he was here....I stepped into a nest of yellow jackets while mowing the front yard. Of course, I left the mower running and quickly walked up with arms flailing to where he was working.
I asked him if I had any still flying around and he said no.
Without even asking, he got out his hose and went down to find the two nests...found them and sprayed into the nests and the surrounding area. Got those buggers!
I am very appreciative of his actions.
I sure hopes he stays with Terminix.

We have always had good service from Terminix and they are always willing to come by if we have issues outside our scheduled service.
Terminix representatives have always been prompt and courteous, whether on routine (quarterly or annual) visits, or as a result of inside infestations. Our current local provider, Austin Galloway, has always been very responsive, and has provided his direct number should we have any issues (rare, but it has happened).
