First of all, your tech is great, your pest service always is great, and I hardly ever have to call for extra services. If I should have to call for extra service, Colin comes and repeats whatever needs to be done. I would and do recommend Terminix, we have used them for over 30 years.

Joey is polite, friendly and thorough. I have an ongoing problem with snakes and mice in my basement. The snakes are after the mice. Twice the black snakes have gotten into my house, once by coming through the furnace vent. Joey doesn't know how they are getting into the basement. I don't like killing them as they are beneficial, but I don't want them in my basement/house!
I have been using Terminex for approximately 8 years. In that time I have found Mike to be a professional at taking care of my home. I am only here 5 months of the year, and I never concern my self with worrying about the time I am not here.
