All the techs have been very good. My only disappointment is not with the staff but originally in 2009 and for a few years, they would treat the edges of the windows. Then a year or so back I was told the compsny told them not to any more. Was this for some reason other than to save chemicals and speed up the service call? Lately I've had a infestation of carpenter ants and that may be very well where they are coming into the house. In fact Hunter is coming back out tomorrow to do a retreatment. Ant problem is MUCH better than before he first treated it. However, we are still seeing a few live and dead ants.
Stacey does a great job and has wonderful personality! Very helpful and accommodating!

I was very impressed with the technician. He called to say he would be 15 min late! This is such a rare thing to happen anymore! Generally, service people give you a "window" of say "morning" - and if they make it by 2 pm - you are pleased!
He was very thorough and offered options but was not pushy in any way.

Jamie, is our exterminator, and he is perfect in our opinion. He’s on time, thorough, and takes the extra time explain what his assessment of our home is. If he finds bugs, he educates us about the bugs and what we can do to prevent their return. We are part time residents and we feel very comfortable that our home is in great hands with Jamie.
