Your service technician was on time and went right to work crawling into a tight 'crawl space'
below my dining room and part of my living room.
He checked the entire inside perimeter of the below grade basement and then proceeded to check on the 16-20? or more in ground canisters next to the foundation wall.
He made his report and I signed his portable computer to relay his findings to your office.
