Everything! My Service Tech, Lydell Mintz, is a wonderful representative for Terminix. He is professional, customer-oriented, explains procedures, neat, always prompt for appointments ... and he has the "pests" under control.

I like the ease of scheduling treatments and billing. Highly recommend Terminix in the Western NC area.
