I have used Terminix service since 2011 when I first moved here. I have been at my new address since October 2020 and I have had the same Terminix technician the entire time. I really appreciate this. We know each other well. Additionally, I had wildlife issues at both of my residences, and they have been taken care of by your knowledgeable wildlife team. I think I have paid for several of your trucks LOL but I am always confident that you will show up when I need help.

I love the monthly billing option, I love the scheduled outside check ins throughout the year, I love the annual inspection. For the annual inspection, I would prefer my inspector to reach out via text to schedule, rather than the office calling or inspector showing up unannounced (both of which happened, but do not work for me). I have scheduled via email before, which I like, but I emailed weeks ago and I have yet to receive a response. I FINALLY realized since I had my inspector's phone number that perhaps I could text, he immediately responded, and we had an appointment scheduled like 4 days later. Much more efficient to do that way (if email not an option) with my schedule since I can't answer phone during day, I can't or forget to call back within office hours. Hope that helps!!
