Tim Smith has been fantastic. Always calls ahead and listens to your pest problems and comes up with solutions. Will gladly refer Terminix.
Tim always calls when he is on his way. I appreciate his consideration. He is very personable, and I feel comfortable with him working in and around our home. and Tim always asks if we are having any issues with pests, but we are essentially pest-free, He agrees that the stink bugs are a universal issue for which he has not solution. :)
Our Terminix technician is super nice and always really helpful! I feel much better about any pests in and outside of our home after Terminix comes.
