I live in Chattanooga, TN. The property at 441 is mainly rental property. Ron Chmielewski helps look after the property and if he is happy with the inspection so am I.
As always, technician arrived at the scheduled time and treated inside and outside of my villa. Happily, I have had no problems with bugs or insects. Will continue quarterly treatments as just signed and paid for treatments for 2025.
Dakota ls on time, friendly and does a good job. Always willing to accommodate requests for trouble areas.
