The service man was very thorough and attentive to my problems. I have had your service for years and have previously alerted a different service person to a problem with mice. He never quite solved the problem. A mouse chewed off all the fringe on a cotton rug in the linen closet, and others keep chewing holes in the birdseed bags in a closet. A mouse got in a kitchen drawer and chewed up a pastry brush.
I am unhappy paying for service that does not solve the problems.

Scott, from Brevard serviced our house 15 yrs, and we were always pleased with his work. We miss him, but are also happy with the man we have now as well. Hope he stays a long time!
Jordan McCann is another "new" to me guy, and I really liked him!! Friendly, outgoing, got to know the property quickly, did a wonderful job, and I would very much like to Keep HIM as my service provider for the future as well. Our Terminix guy is Noah Smith. When we had a problem some months ago (turned out to be ants with wings I think), he was quick to respond and took care of the problem. He's friendly yet professional. Always asks if we've noticed any insect problems. We appreciate him.
