We have a new agent & I didn’t give him a house tour. We have 3 crawl spaces. So this is my fault. We had a home inspector come & humidity in one crawl space was 85% & we have active mold in all 3 crawl spaces even though they’re incapsulated & have dehumidifiers in them. The one dehumidifier wasn’t working. Patrick would have picked up on that. I’ll have to give our new agent some guidance on our house.
