Very thorough in the spraying and terminating the critters. Lots of ants in my yard next to house, they came back for another round of working on them within a couple of days. Very dependable people. Answers all questions and explains how they get the correct effect to get rid of all my problems. Will give all of the Terminix people involved a "10" . Very proud to be involved and have a contract with TERMINIX!
Convenient and targeted
I was particularly happy with the service getting rid of the black ants on my deck. They have to climb about 15 feet to get there and are very annoying. One treatment helped eliminate them. There was special attention paid to my mouse issue. They had not gotten into the basement for several years, but one found its way in and was discovered deceased in the summer. T

committed to his job. We had yellow jackets swarming out of the ground near our crawl space and Quality Air needed to work on our HVAC. He eliminated the problem and inspected all around the house for other issues. Very thorough.
