Never have to double-check work performed, always top notch service
I called earlier this week to let your Flatrock office know that our man left a long broom like pole with a brush on the end here at our house. He has NOT returned to get it. Please know that this is one of criteria that drives costs up as well as customer dissatisfaction. Who wants to call and have that left on your side of the house for more than a week.
He did change the critter bate in the black boxes outside but left none in the interior. Very pleasant fellow.

Terminex takes great care of us! They service our home and yard four times a year and come out immediately if we have a problem between visits.
Fred has been with my family for years! Every time he goes to my house, he will call first (we trust him in our home with out us being present) to see if there are any problems. We have a nice chat to catch up, then he gets to work. Fred is always in time and will even alert me to house hold problems I may have not seen that need to be addressed.

Technician Marty Mathis totally rid our garage of mice (in auto engine bays, tool chests, storage lockers, etc.) within 2 services and we have been mouse-free for over three years! Marty has been our service technician for over four years, so its not like you have to start over and over as is the case with high turnover businesses. Terminix-Hendersonville must be doing something right.
The local Hendersonville office staff also takes responsibiliy for their area customers. Chelsea worked with corporate IT to solve an ongoing login issue within 48 hours of my reporting it to her, telephoning me several times to report the status of the resolution.
I have experienced nothing but prompt, engaged, effective service for the last four years with Terminix-Hendersonville. Recommended!
