I use Terminix for both quarterly service and annual termite service.
They always show up friendly, explain what they are going to do, and just do it. No bugs in the house (well, I mean, there are always bugs, but very infrequent) and no termites.
I've had services in the past where cob webs were left on the porch or patio. The Terminix team doesn't do that, they are pretty thorough.

I like the last service tech because he was very thorough and really took the initiative to cover all the areas proficiently. A big improvement from the previous tech who just hit a few spots and sit in his truck riding the clock

I REALLY LIKE THE IDEAL OF WILL DUSTING THE EVES OF OUR HOME FOR COB WEBS AND OTHER CREATURES. THE LAST COMPANY WE USED DID NOT PROVIDE THIS SERVICE.
I like the staff that I talk to on the phone and the team member who comes out to do our service.
Our Terminix guy is first-rate. You can have all the right equipment and chemicals, but it’s the people who know how to use them that makes the difference between a good company and a great one. Joshua is first-rate.
Our service representative is very polite and friendly, makes sure all your issues are handled and does a great job.
Will is always prompt for inspections.
