Terminix provides a much-needed service for us as we live in a very rural area with lots of critters. They make sure to keep mouse bait out for us and spray every nook and cranny both inside and outside every time they come. Dylan is our newest tech and he did a really good job. All our techs have provided good service for us. Their customer service agents in the office have also been extremely helpful and wonderful to us each time we call. I highly recommend Terminix in Franklin.
