Terminix does a great job for us. They're always prompt and timely with our service. Dylan is thorough but isn't slow about getting it done. He always calls and lets us know he's on his way to our house. The ladies in the office are always super nice when I call to make a payment. They are efficient and personable and always make me feel good after talking with them. I will admit there have been several price increases over the years, causing some concern on our part because most of them came during/after the covid crisis (not all of them though), while we were getting hit with price increases on nearly everything else. Paying more for the same service hurts, but Terminix isn't doing anything different from all the other companies. I also appreciate Terminix because they are coming from Franklin to perform this service in Bryson. Thanks Terminix! Keep up the good work!
