We want to thank our Terminix man, Roddie, for doing such a thorough job while here. He asks us about any concerns, then deals with them, going above and beyond to help with any problems we were having. He is professional yet personable.

The guy that came this week and is our usual guy is great! The one that came a couple weeks ago unannounced, which is not usual, did not do the full job. Training? Just lazy? Don’t know. Regular guy finished the job.

I have seen no insects inside my home. My technician (Duke) answers my many questions and listens to my concerns. He has made repeat trips back on occasion when I have asked for follow up service. I feel my home is in the best hands.
