It was easy to get an initial appointment; the technician was very professional and did a great job getting rid of our hornets nest. He explained a yearly contract clearly for us, prompting us to sign up. The price is fair for the service we received. When the tech came out to do the next quarterly treatment, he let us know he was there and asked if we had any specific problems we needed him to focus on. Overall, a great experience.

The best part about the service is Chris! Of course it’s nice when things cruise along on autopilot. But when an issue does come up, Chris is super responsive, quick to answer my questions (recently about spiders), and always professional AND personable!!! I will add that Terminex is the best. My family has used them for decades (in other areas) and always had great service and results.
