The Terminex team are so helpful and kind. I had to reschedule my appointment due to my precious pet having some health issues and they made the process very easy. I don't remember her name. Ian was the person who came to my house. He was early and I was racing to be there on time. I did make it and he was waiting patiently for me. He hD already completed the outside. He was very sweet.
