The techs show up on time or, usually, call if they're going to be a bit early. They do what needs to be done, either a termite check or pest control. Also, when needed, they will come back out to resolve a problem.

When Kevin Miyares came to my house it was a million degrees out that day, despite the heat he explained things to me well, never made me feel rushed and was also extremely kind. Paid the required amount. Had to wait over a month for the first try. No one showed up on the agreed to date. Did not hear anything for two weeks. No one. Three times the charm showed up for a partial outside traps. A week later did the under home and left...
