In addition, his kindness, friendly nature, professionalism, expertise in his field, and willingness to work around the needs of our five rescue pups are so epic we will never change from Terminix as long as Randy stays with the company.

I had an issue and got in touch with Randy Smith on Friday, not knowing if he could come the same day or not. But he did, and he took care my pest control issues. I really do appreciate the promptness of his response and his visit to my home.
Tim does a thorough job, arrives on time and gives special attention to areas we may have an issue with.
Brandy does a great job of working with me to schedule service and then Tim shows up on time and takes care of things. I have no problems with bugs of anykind.

I like the same tech that has been coming to my house for years. He treat me with so much respect. He has always helped me with all of my problems. He’s working on my problem now with roaches of which I’ve never had until I started working in a home that has plenty of bugs. He has told me the dogs and the don'ts and I am truly following all his instructions. I have great faith in him and I know this problem will go away because he helped me in the past on how to get rid of mice which were coming into our home at different times of the seasons of the year.
