Terminix is a great product and we’ve used them for over a decade. The reason we don’t shop around for another extermination service is because we refuse to give up Randy Smith as our tech. Randy, to us, is the face of Terminix. He is everything a customer wants in a service provider. He is kind, professional, friendly, compassionate, empathetic, timely, and flexible. Those are just a few of many positive words I can use to describe Randy. As long as he stays with Terminix, so will we.

She’s easy to book and will come any time we need it in addition to our quarterly visit. The office sends a reminder every quarter to book so I don’t have to remember.
