Thorough services, rarely have to request return service. Excellent customer service. Receive call when there is a delay.
UPSIDE; Quick friendly service that is effective at keeping bugs and other pest creatures out of the home.
DOWNSIDE; Costs are on the rise and I am afraid that Terminix may price itself out of business.
There is an annual fee plus a fee when the individual comes to the house to do the quarterly pest control visit.
I am not a business person but someone on a fixed income who is fortunate enough to afford the current Terminix plan.
