I like Terminix because everyone is always friendly, personable and professional. When they come out to spray or check the termite traps, they are always respectful and let me know by phone when they are coming. They come to the door to let me know they have arrived. I don't have to keep up as to when I need to schedule, I get an email and then I can make the appointment. I am greeted warmly and friendly when I call.I love talking to her cause she is so personable. Also the last time Terminix sprayed they made sure the gate was closed for our dogs and refilled the water bowl in case spray was present.

Terminix keeps any critters under control on my property, and they are very willing to retreat if I do see any critters that happen to get through their treatment. Drew is a delight to have in my home, and I know that he will take care of my home both inside and outside!
The gent who comes is nice and kind. Sometimes there's issues with spiders, but no other bugs or mice. They help keep my home pest free.
