We are very happy with Drew's friendly professional service.
Quinton did a good job on spraying around the house and checking for termites and for Fire Ants. Drew came back a week later to try to determine the source of a new unidentified insect which may be a Springtail that is coming under my door in the back and now through my window cracks. He took the time to investigate it and have it sent to Columbia to be identified by The entomologist.
Knowledgeable
We were very impressed with how thorough your employee was. He checked every bait trap and rebaited all of them. He was an older gentleman with great work ethics.
One of the things I appreciate about Terminix Mauldin/Simpsonville is that the technician shows up at the time the appointment was made. If your appt was for 10AM, he is here at 10AM. There's none of this "The technician will be there sometime between 8AM & 2PM."
