We have been quite happy with our provider, Randy McMichen. In addition to being expert and attentive, Randy is personable, listens to our concerns and adapts his approach accordingly and is generally a pleasure to be around. As long as our local Terminex franchise retains and supports employees such as Randy, we will be loyal clients.

Don does a very professional job. Is really thorough. He is respectful and nice. We have been with Terminix for many years. Only thing is the price for the service goes up every year and for a fixed income family it is hard to pick what services you need compared to other things needed for day to day living.
