Our serviceman does an excellent job for us. He comes when scheduled, checks everything he's supposed to and keeps us informed of what he's doing and what, if anything, needs to be done. He is very nice and friendly. We highly recommend him..

We have been quite happy with our provider, Randy McMichen. In addition to being expert and attentive, Randy is personable, listens to our concerns and adapts his approach accordingly and is generally a pleasure to be around. As long as our local Terminex franchise retains and supports employees such as Randy, we will be loyal clients.
