Sometimes in the past, we thought we had the problem taken care of, but later discovered we hadn’t. Careful consideration and persistence led to a solution in the next couple of months (there was a thicket of shrubs along a brick wall of the house where bugs were most likely living.) I appreciate that persistence, and an ability to re-examine a situation with a fresh eye. Thanks for working with me!
