Josh really explained everything he was going to do, was professional and gladly answered any questions we had.
I do have a question: we also did a termite contract and were told someone else other than Josh would handle. We paid a $175 deposit with remaining balance due when completed. When can we expect this service? Josh came out Monday, 7/14. Today is Thursday, 7/17. Will someone call? We haven't heard from anyone!
