I like not having the idea of spiders, ants and other bugs could live in my home. I pay to have the peace of mind that there are no creepy crawlies in my space. The person now sprays areas that where bugs could potentially get in. This was not always the case as some employees only came in with flashlight in hand looking for who knows what. At least now I can visually see that the areas are well looked after.
I do like being able to speak with a human being and NOT a computer aided hello press numbers. I can easily address my concerns via email and a reply is forthcoming almost immediately.
No fuss no mess, my bug worries are terminated.

This inspection and service I received after having your service for over ten years was the best I have received since I contracted with Terminix. I was so impressed with the level of service I personally called my local manager and advised that this individual was the most thorough inspection I have received. He was professional, not rushed, and informative making recommendations. I have a crawl space and in the past service was rushed and incomplete with one individual just opening the door and stepping inside. Again this is the kind of employee and service I appreciate.
