Your service man was very punctual and friendly. Although he did not try to get my husband to take out the insect prevention like I wanted him to. We are inundated with ants! It sometimes takes a man to tell a husband that it is needed. That is what I was hoping for. I know that your service people are not salesmen, but sometimes it is necessary. All he told my husband to do was rake the leaves back from the house. Thank you.
