Terminix calls on a timely basis to schedule quarterly and annual services. Techs show up when scheduled. All employees are pleasant and professional. We haven’t had any problems with pests. However, if we do have an issue, we are confident that Terminix would work with us to get any problems resolved.

They were on time, courterous, clean, and very knowledgeable about the services I was asking about.
The prices that they quoted were reasonable, and i accepted the contract and i had coverasge and didn't have to wait for months to get started. Two different men came and I felt secure in their knowledge. They are always welcoe in my home. I dont especially enjoy companies that send a different person to your home. i'm older and appreciate getting the opportunity to know the people that I am trusting not only my home too, but me as a human being. this compay did everything to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. That rates higher than a 10 as far as I'm concermed.
