They send you emails to remind you of your services and when you call to schedule the service the ladies in the office seem so friendly polite and very courteous to talk with. The technician is also friendly polite and courteous.

Dependability, When you make an appointment time, Terminix is on schedule, and they work fast. Their service does eliminate any problems you might have with bugs. I'm totally satisfied with Terminix service.

Chris was on time. He did an absolutely thorough job inside of my home, and I suspect he did First name removed same outside. Was glad it didn't rain! I did tell him about First name removed Rat Trap behind my home and he told me he would check on it. He was very personable, which is always a plus with me, and I look forward to seeing him again in November, or if there is any sort of problem between now and then. I am so glad that "we inherited TERMINIX" from First name removed prior owners! By First name removed way, this doesn't have to do with TERMINIX per se, but DNR came by after Chris left to "dispose of another type of pest" in my yard. A 6' alligator had eaten a neighbor's dog. Watching what they did was awesome, and so First name removed lake and all of our yards are much safer now ... until!
Your service technicians are always easy to talk with about the service. Also that if I need you to send someone before my next visit you will at no additional charge.
