We have been customers for over 26 years in our current home. We have had many different technicians over time. We have always been happy with the service. Our current technician, Brandon, does a great job all around. He is very thorough.

I like that if I still have an issue with pests they will come back out to resolve the problem. Also if there is an issue with your account they work with you to get it resolved. Sharon the office manager in my location is really great at helping when a problem arises. My service tech Robert does a great job making sure I have no issues with pests. I will use Terminix where ever I live because they are reliable and get the job done.
