That Terminix will send you an email to remind you that you are due for the quarterly services. So then you give them a call and schedule the service for the time that is convenient for you. Then the time that is scheduled, they show when they are suppose to or even they will come early if their schedule permits them to. Once completed they send you email to let you know they are done and then you can pay the bill then to.
