I wasn't at the house when Terminix came out, but the renter that was there gave it a 3 thumbs up, so it must have gone well. :)
I do appreciate the reminders that services need to be scheduled and that there is a courtesy phone call when they are on the way so everyone can be ready and prepared and not sitting around having to wait all day for someone to show up.

Summer did an outstanding job. She did my pest control and termite inspection. I was very pleased at the time she spent to make sure I had no termites. She is very courteous, friendly and professional. I could tell she enjoyed her job and did a great job representing Terminix.

Easy to schedule in advance. The service provider (Summer), is punctual even early. When she arrives, she tells me what to expect and that she will email my receipt and bill. Summer is a positive asset to your company!
