From the office staff on down to the service technicians they are polite, professional and courteous. The service has always been effective and when we do spot insects inside our home they are either dead or dying. As to the service technicians they are always on time polite, knowledgeable and professional. We have only experienced one technician who was constantly on his cellphone which we found to be very unprofessional and annoying but overall the service that he provided was up to the standards of past technicians. Our last technician was back up to the standards we were use to.
