What means the most to me is that my service technician is the same person, Kenneth. His work ethic is commendable, and he knows my house very well and how I like things to be treated. Also, he is very personable and always arrives on time. In addition, Kenneth is also very careful especially since I have a dog.
I hope that I will have Kenneth for a long time. Prior to having Kenneth come on board, we had many different technicians here and it was a difficult time for us. We needed to explain everything and show each new technician the way we wanted the house treated. This brings to mind how much we appreciated Bill Baty. Bill was our service technician for many, many, many years until he retired. I think that Terminix would benefit if they had more technicians like Bill and Kenneth.
