The customer support and communication
We've always used Terminix for both termite control and pest control services (almost 50 years). We've never had problems with either service. The service technicians become familiar with our house and also address any concerns we have with particular pests. (Some pests are seasonal.) We have a lot of confidence in Terminix.
Blake Dial is our Terminex Professional. He is thorough, knowledgeable about our questions/concerns, trustworthy, pleasant & enjoyable and this has been our experience with him since he first came to our house. (And my dog loves him.) A few months ago we acquired carpenter ants in our kitchen….a most unpleasant experience… Blake provided us quite an education on carpenter ants AND he got rid of them.
Additionally, the house next door to us is a 2nd home for the owner…on August 20 she contacted me for Blake’s ph# as her nephew & his new bride from out of state came to her home for a honeymoon…. but would not stay because spiders were in the house….I gave her Blake’s phone # and he was there by 9am to kill the spiders and save the honeymoon. My neighbor was thrilled with Blake’s attention to the problem. I am mentioning this because I do not know if she completed a review for Blake.
