Kyler came, introduced himself. Very nice young man. He proceeded to check the interior of the house, then walked around the outside and my husband signed off on his visit. He said that he would be back to check the bait spikes around May 20. I found this a bit unusual as our previous tech (Eric) did everything at one visit. Is this the new normal to have to come back a second time? Just wondering.
